An IEEPA tariff refund is the reimbursement of unlawful global duties collected by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. Following a 2026 U.S. Supreme Court ruling that invalidated these tariffs, eligible Importers of Record (IORs) can claim refunds for duties and interest paid between February 2025 and February 2026.
